Miss Lee Sprintall.
Lee has danced all her life, and in fact unusually, has never been involved in any other profession (apart from also being a professional karate instructor—did you all know that)
Starting dance when she was 2 yrs old at Elwick Academy in the North East under the tutelage of Freda Compton OBE, Miss Lee then taught at the academy obtaining her many qualifications in dance and drama.
Miss Lee was an extremely successful festival dancer, winning senior Tap championships many times; she has over 300 gold and silver medals from this time - and countless trophies.
She then went to an acclaimed drama collage in the North East, coming out with top LAMDA qualifications.
After college, Lee went on to dance professionally and to appear in many fantastic musicals, both in the West End of London and regional UK theatre; including Chichester Festival Theatre, Watford Palace and many many shows at the famous Leicester Haymarket Theatre, where she was dance captain and principle dancer for the musicals.
Lee was also a principle dancer on BBC’s Top of the Pops (Back in the day!)
Lee then went on to appear in feature films such as Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom and Monty Python’s Meaning of Life where she was a principle dancer for both.
Lee was also asked to be the feet of Lisa Minnelli in the film Stepping out.
Lee has been in demand for her tap skills, across the world.
Lee was also choreographer and director for Coalville Operatic society for many years (CAOS) and appeared in many shows in principle roles, also using the students of MoonDance to be part of the ensemble, or indeed character and lead parts.
